Initial assessment with treatment, or follow up appointment.

Please provide your case number when booking.

If you have a chronic condition, you may be eligible for rebates for 5 sessions.  This requires a referral from you GP.  Please provide the appropriate documentation at your appointment.

Payment can be made with cash or via electronic bank transfer.

Invoices will be provided to claim rebates through your health insurance if you have physiotherapy provision in your extras.

24 hours notice is required for cancellation of appointments.  

A late payment fee of 100% of the scheduled payment fee will apply if insufficient notice is provided.
